Pea porridge in a Philips multicooker

Pea porridge is a good old Russian dish that is not very popular these days. It is worth trying to cook it at least once - and you will do it often: it is not troublesome to cook, cheap and tasty. The only thing to consider is the soaking of the peas. If you soak it for a few hours, it will cook much faster. If you do without soaking, then cooking will then take a couple of hours. It is very convenient to cook pea porridge in a slow cooker: you can leave it uncontrolled and just wait for the program end signal. The peas will not burn and will be delicious.
