It happens that they planned to make pea puree, but forgot to soak the peas. Here the multicooker will come to the rescue. In it, peas are cooked without soaking on the "Stew" program for 2 hours, but it is advisable to puree the split peas. Many housewives emphasize the pea flavor of mashed potatoes with onions, carrots and butter, and in the post - vegetable. A little sugar is always added to the peas and the dish is salted at the end of cooking.

Put the halves of the peas in a separate bowl and rinse well with cold water until it becomes transparent.
