Many adults remember well the taste of the dishes they were fed in childhood, and one of them is pea puree, like in a kindergarten. Delicate puree with rich flavor and herbs will perfectly fit into your everyday menu. According to the technological map, the ratio of peas and water is taken for 1 portion: 100 g of peas and 250 ml of water. Add milk, egg and butter to the puree. Such mashed potatoes do not need spices. We take crushed yellow peas and pre-soak them.

Rinse the peas several times with water until the water becomes clear. Then soak the peas for 3 hours in cold water.

Then transfer the soaked peas to a saucepan with a thick bottom, cover with clean water, add a little salt and cook for an hour over low heat so that it only boils a little. Remember to remove the foam from the surface. When the peas are cooked, drain the remaining water from it if it has not all been absorbed.

Then pour the warmed milk into the boiled peas, beat in an egg, put a piece of butter and stir with a spoon.

Then purée the peas with a hand blender until smooth and uniform. Taste the puree and add salt.

Rinse the dill, dry it with a napkin, chop it finely and put it in mashed potatoes.
