If you do not know what to cook from the ribs, we suggest making pea puree with them. Moreover, the ribs are great both raw and smoked. For optimal taste in this case, we use both. Peas need to be rinsed well before cooking, but soaking is optional. Just select the "Stew" mode for two hours - this time is quite enough for both the ribs and the peas to stew perfectly and become soft.
Ingredients
Cooking process
Peel the onions, wash, dry and cut into small pieces. Peel the carrots from the top skin, rinse, dry and cut into small cubes. Pour in such an amount of vegetable oil into the multicooker bowl so that it covers the bottom with a thin layer. We select the "Fry" program and heat the oil. Pour chopped onions with carrots into a bowl. Fry vegetables with stirring until slightly softened for a couple of minutes.
Pour the peas into a colander and rinse well under running cold water. We rinse it until the water flows out completely clean. It is very important to rinse the peas thoroughly - then the puree will turn out soft, clean, without scale. Pour the washed peas into a bowl on top of the fried onions with carrots.
We cut the ribs or cut them into pieces of the desired size along the bone. You can use both beef and pork ribs, in any case it turns out delicious. The difference in fat content - with a pork product, the dish will turn out to be more fatty. First put the smoked ribs for frying in a bowl, then put the raw ribs. Sprinkle with salt and black pepper to taste. Pour in hot water in the specified amount. The liquid should completely cover the peas and ribs. We close the multicooker with a lid and turn on the "Quenching" mode for two hours.
Bon Appetit!
