Pea puree with stew

Until recently, mashed potatoes and pea porridge were popular in many families, but now these dishes have been undeservedly forgotten. Stewed pea puree can be a quick, satisfying and delicious meal for your family. The taste of this dish largely determines the quality of the stew and the variety of peas. It is soaked in advance, boiled over minimal heat so that the protein does not curl up, and the puree turns out to be soft. Now you can buy pressure cooker peas in the supermarket. It boils well in 30 minutes and does not need to be pre-soaked
