Appetizing, very tender and tasty pea puree! Cooking it in a multicooker-pressure cooker is easy and simple! It is best to serve it with meat, vegetable frying of onions and carrots, or fish. It turns out delicious!

Prepare all the ingredients: 500 gr. peas, butter and vegetable oil, as well as 1 liter. cold water.

We wash the peas in a colander and let the water drain. You do not need to soak the peas, they will boil down easily in a multicooker-pressure cooker.

We send it to the Mulinex multicooker, add 2 tbsp. vegetable oil and water.

We set the "Quenching. Legumes" mode in the programs, and select the time for 1 hour. Close the lid and leave the peas to simmer.
