With all my heart, I want to share an interesting recipe for an unusually tasty fragrant pea puree soup with meat. The texture of the rich first course is uniform and delicate. The puree soup is perfect for a hearty family dinner. Cook and you will be pleasantly surprised!

Rinse the peas several times under cold water and put in a saucepan, cover with pre-prepared boiling water, put on medium heat and bring to a boil, then reduce heat and cook under a lid for about 1 hour. Peas can be used split or whole. Chipped will cook faster.

Wash and peel the carrots using a vegetable peeler, grate on a coarse grater. Peel the onions, rinse and chop with a knife. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Pour in vegetable oil. Add vegetables and fry until soft, stirring constantly.
