Today I want to share an excellent recipe for multicooker pea soup with meatballs. The first dish turns out to be hearty, rich, aromatic and appetizing. Make pea soup for lunch and no one in your household will remain indifferent.

Wash the potatoes well and peel them using a vegetable peeler. Cut the peeled potatoes into cubes.

Rinse the peas thoroughly several times under running water, then cover with water and leave to soak for a while. Peas can be used whole or split.

Pour some vegetable oil into the multicooker bowl. Place the carrots and one chopped onion, set the "Fry" program on the appliance panel, stirring occasionally, fry the vegetables until soft.
