It is with great pleasure that I want to share my favorite recipe for an unusually delicious pea soup with beef on the bone. The soup prepared according to this recipe turns out to be rich, rich and quite satisfying. Cook and you won't regret it!

Rinse the peas well, then cover with water and leave to soak for a while. You can add some baking soda to help the peas cook faster.

Rinse the beef on the bone, put in a saucepan with a thick bottom. Season with salt and water, put on fire and bring to a boil, remove foam with a slotted spoon and reduce heat. Cook for about 1 hour, covered with a lid.

Meanwhile, wash and peel the potatoes using a vegetable peeler. Then cut into cubes.

Wash the carrots and peel them with a vegetable peeler. Peel the onions and garlic and rinse in running water.

Cut the vegetables into small cubes. Strain the boiled beef broth through a fine sieve. Cool the bones.

Send peas, potatoes, as well as chopped carrots, onions and garlic to the pan. Add bay leaves. Put on medium heat and bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 30-40 minutes, covered.

Separate the meat from the bones and disassemble into fibers.

Rinse the greens thoroughly, shake off excess moisture and chop. Add to saucepan, bring to a boil and turn off heat immediately. Cover and let sit for 30 minutes. Serve the pea soup, cooked with beef on the bone, in portions.
