Pea soup with beef broth

I propose to cook a chic rich pea soup with beef broth. This warming, rich treat will appeal to absolutely everyone. The soup process will take a fair amount of time, but it will be worth it. The soup turns out to be unusually tasty and aromatic.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 11
Rinse the split peas thoroughly several times under running water. If you have free time, you can soak the peas in a solution with baking soda overnight. This will make it cook faster.
step 2 out of 11
Wash the beef ribs thoroughly. Place in a deep heavy-bottomed saucepan.
step 3 out of 11
Pour in cold water and salt. Put on moderate heat and bring to a boil. Use a slotted spoon to remove the resulting foam, reduce heat and simmer, covered, for about 1 hour.
step 4 out of 11
Peel the onions, rinse in cold water and cut into cubes. Place in a well-heated skillet, greased with vegetable oil. Stir occasionally, fry until soft.
step 5 out of 11
Wash and peel the carrots using a vegetable peeler. Then grate on a coarse grater.
step 6 out of 11
Send the chopped carrots to the fried onions and, stirring occasionally, fry until soft.
step 7 out of 11
Wash the potatoes and peel them with a vegetable peeler. Cut the peeled potatoes into cubes.
step 8 out of 11
Send the washed peas and potatoes to the soup.
step 9 out of 11
Bring to a boil. Salt if necessary. Reduce heat and simmer for 40-50 minutes.
step 10 out of 11
After the time has elapsed, send the cooked frying to the soup. Add black pepper to taste. Bring to a boil and leave the soup to infuse covered with the burner off for 20 minutes.
step 11 out of 11
Serve the present pea soup with beef broth on the dining table in portions.

Bon Appetit!
