Pea soup with sausage without soaking peas

Boiled-smoked sausage is distinguished from other types of sausages by a greater amount of spices and seasonings and a soft consistency, so pea soup with such sausage turns out to be very aromatic and tasty. It also belongs to the category of quick dishes, which is important in our rhythm of life. If you have crushed (halved) peas, then you can cook them without soaking. Usually for 1 hour of cooking in a saucepan without a lid, it boils well, but not to a puree state.
