When there is no time, and even the desire to cook meat soup, according to this recipe you can quickly cook pea soup with a slice of smoked sausage. Take the sausage that you prefer, but not dry varieties, so that the soup cooks faster. The dish will turn out to be a fragrant, tasty and budget option, just soak the peas in advance for a few hours.

Rinse the soaked peas several times, transfer to a small saucepan (3 liters), cover with water and cook over medium heat. For pre-soaked peas, one hour is sufficient for cooking.
