Pea soup with smoked sausage and pork

This hearty, meaty and tasty dish is highly appreciated by men. Any pork is taken: ribs, brisket or shank, but then the cooking time increases. In this recipe, you are encouraged to use pork pulp by cutting it into pieces and frying it along with vegetables and any smoked sausage. It is advisable to boil peas for soup until puree.

Rinse the presoaked peas well, transfer to a soup pot and cook until puree. If the peas are not soft, puree them with a blender or leave in small pieces, as you prefer.

Peel and rinse potatoes, cut into small cubes, transfer to boiled peas, add water to a volume of 1.5 liters and cook until cooked.

While the potatoes are cooking, peel the onions and carrots and chop them into small cubes. Peel the sausage. Cut a piece of pork and sausage into the same cubes as the vegetables.

Heat some vegetable oil in a skillet and fry all chopped ingredients in it until light golden brown.

Then transfer the frying to the boiling soup and cook until the potatoes are fully cooked. At the end of cooking, sprinkle the soup with salt and black pepper to your liking and remove the sample. Let the soup steep for 10-15 minutes with the heat off and with the lid closed.
