Pea soup with beef meat in a saucepan

I want to share a simple recipe for pea beef soup cooked in a saucepan. The appetizing soup turns out to be rich, hearty and thick enough. This soup is sure to please everyone. Cook and you won't regret it.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 6
First, wash the bone-in beef. Place in a deep heavy-bottomed saucepan. Pour in cold water and salt. Put on moderate heat and bring to a boil. Remove the resulting foam using a slotted spoon. Then reduce heat and cook, covered, for about 1 hour.
step 2 out of 6
Rinse the split peas thoroughly several times under running water, and then put in the hot broth. If desired, you can soak the peas in a baking soda solution. This will make it cook faster.
step 3 out of 6
Peel the onions, rinse in cold water and cut into cubes. Add to the pan with the rest of the ingredients.
step 4 out of 6
Wash and peel the carrots using a vegetable peeler. Then grate on a coarse grater and put in broth.
step 5 out of 6
Wash the potatoes and peel them with a vegetable peeler. Cut the peeled potatoes into cubes. Send to soup. Bring to a boil. Salt if necessary. Reduce heat and simmer for 40-50 minutes.
step 6 out of 6
Rinse the dill thoroughly, shake off excess moisture and chop. Pour the pea beef soup, cooked in a saucepan, in portions, garnish with chopped dill and serve on the dining table.

Bon Appetit!
