Wash the peas under cold water and soak for 2-3 hours. Then drain the liquid, transfer the peas to a saucepan and cover with clean water. Place the pot on the stove, bring to a boil and continue cooking for 1-1.5 hours.

Lay out the cooked-smoked ribs on a cutting board and cut in such a way that you get separate bones with meat.

Peel, wash and chop onions and carrots. Fry the vegetables in vegetable oil until the carrots are soft, then add the ribs and fry for another 5-7 minutes.

Finely chop the herbs and garlic with a knife.
