Pea soup with pork in a slow cooker

With all my heart I want to share my favorite recipe for a fragrant pea soup with pork cooked in a slow cooker. The first course is easy to prepare, but it turns out incredibly mouth-watering. Be sure to cook!

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 5
Wash the carrots and peel them with a vegetable peeler, grate them on a fine grater. Peel the onions and chop with a sharp knife. Place the multicooker bowl in the appliance. On the multicooker panel, set the Fry program and press the Start button. Pour in vegetable oil and fry the vegetables until soft.
step 2 out of 5
Peel the garlic and chop it with a sharp knife. Add to stir-fried vegetables. Fry everything together for a couple more minutes, stirring constantly so that it does not burn. Adjust the amount of garlic yourself according to your own taste preferences.
step 3 out of 5
Rinse the pork and then pat dry with paper towels. Chop finely and place in a multicooker bowl.
step 4 out of 5
Stir constantly, fry until the color changes. Rinse the peas well, and then put in a multicooker bowl, add the fried vegetables and salt. Fill with cold water. Set the "Cooking" program on the multicooker panel, the cooking time is 1 hour. Close the lid of the multicooker and press the Start button.
step 5 out of 5
Cook until the end of the program. After the beep, set the "Heating" mode. Leave the pea soup to steep for 30 minutes. Rinse and dry the greens, chop finely and put in the soup. Serve the multicooker pea pork soup in portions.

Bon Appetit!
