Rinse your favorite greens thoroughly under running water and dry (I have mint and cilantro greens). Chop finely with a sharp knife and send to the salad bowl with the rest of the ingredients. Wash the lemon well, cut it in half and squeeze out the juice using a special device. Add to a salad bowl and season with salt. Leave to marinate for a few minutes.
