Cut the tomato into small cubes. If too much juice comes out during slicing, it must be drained. Cut off the tips of the cucumber to avoid bitterness. Cut the cucumber into cubes. Peel the Bulgarian pepper from the stalk and seeds, cut into small pieces, commensurate with the rest of the ingredients. We also cut the cheese into cubes. Cut the red onion into thin translucent semicircles.
