Greek salad PP

Greek salad itself is quite a dietary dish. The mixture of fresh vegetables and extra virgin olive oil has only health benefits. We recommend replacing the traditional feta cheese with a low-calorie cheese in order to reduce the calorie and salt content. Add lemon juice for piquancy.

We prepare products for the salad: we wash and dry the vegetables. We put the olives in a colander and let the liquid drain.

Cut the tomato into small cubes. If too much juice comes out during slicing, it must be drained. Cut off the tips of the cucumber to avoid bitterness. Cut the cucumber into cubes. Peel the Bulgarian pepper from the stalk and seeds, cut into small pieces, commensurate with the rest of the ingredients. We also cut the cheese into cubes. Cut the red onion into thin translucent semicircles.
