Its delicate, slightly oily pulp will greatly enrich such a salad, bringing with it not only a new taste, but also many useful microelements and vitamins. And to make the taste symphony of this dish sound very Greek, add here not just the usual Feta cheese from the store, but also, for example, pieces of some salty goat or sheep cheese, best of all - homemade.
