Greek salad with fetaxa and croutons

A real Greek salad with croutons is prepared on the island of Crete. This salad is so satisfying that it was able to feed the peasants after a long day at work. Nowadays, it is prepared not so much to gorge on, but for a simple gastronomic pleasure.
