Greek Shrimp Salad

Greek shrimp salad will be a pleasant end to a hard day's work and will set you in a romantic mood. The salad is easy enough to digest due to the abundance of fresh vegetables, and the fried shrimp add spice to it.

Peel the garlic and chop it coarsely. Heat the sunflower oil in a frying pan and lightly fry the garlic in it. After 1-2 minutes. Catch the garlic and discard.
