Greek salad with chicken and Chinese cabbage

Greek salad is a light snack as it contains a lot of vegetables. Try this Chinese cabbage salad.

Wash the chicken fillet, blot it with paper towels, cut into thin pieces, salt and pepper to taste. Fry the chicken in a skillet on both sides, it shouldn't take much of your time.

Cut the white bread into cubes, in the same pan where the chicken was cooked, fry the bread cubes until golden brown. During the frying process, you can sprinkle the bread with herbs.

In a separate bowl, combine mayonnaise, kefir, chopped garlic, lemon juice and finely chopped dill, salt to taste.
