Greek salad, despite its place of origin, is very popular in Russia as well. Perhaps the whole secret is that the main components of this salad, cucumbers and tomatoes, are so loved by our citizens. Often lettuce leaves are added to Greek salad. But in the recipe that is presented to your attention, this ingredient has been replaced with Chinese cabbage. And it turned out just as well.
