Greek salad with cherry tomatoes, fried feta cheese, fresh vegetables and olives, accompanied by an original serving in homemade yeast dough bread plates.

Wash the vegetables. Cut the cucumbers into cubes, remove the partitions and seed crusts from the pepper, cut into pieces or strips. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half, cut the onion into half rings. Tear lettuce leaves with your hands.

Mix flour and paprika in a bowl. Cut the cheese into cubes and fry in olive oil for 1 minute. at both sides.

To make bread plates, you need to cook or buy ready-made yeast dough. Take the cups, turn them over, grease with vegetable oil on all sides.
