Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 6
Wash the cherry tomatoes, dry and cut into halves.
step 2 out of 6
We wash the cucumbers, dry them and cut them into large cubes, commensurate with the halves of cherry tomatoes. If the cucumbers are ripe enough, then it is better to cut the peel so that it does not stand out tough against the background of the rest of the vegetables.
step 3 out of 6
We wash and dry the Bulgarian pepper. We remove the stalk and extract the seeds. Cut the pulp of the pepper into small pieces.
step 4 out of 6
Cut the lightly salted salmon into cubes.
step 5 out of 6
Lightly dry the cheese from the brine and cut into small cubes, similar in size to the rest of the ingredients.
step 6 out of 6
In a deep salad bowl we spread the washed, dried and torn hands on small pieces of lettuce leaves, cherry halves, pieces of cucumbers and bell peppers. Add olives, cubes of lightly salted salmon and feta cheese. Pour cold-pressed olive oil over the salad, sprinkle with salt and black pepper to taste. Stir gently so as not to transfer the pieces of feta cheese, and serve immediately after cooking.

Bon Appetit!
