Greek salad with soy sauce

Greek salad with soy sauce is usually very popular with everyone who makes sure to eat deliciously, but at the same time - with great benefits for their health. This salad is especially appetizing when it is prepared from seasonal, organic vegetables, because they not only have an amazing fresh taste, but also a strong aroma. And soy sauce adds its own special, piquant taste to this dish.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 6
Peel all vegetables from tails and other inedible parts, then rinse and dry them with a paper towel. Cut the tomatoes, bell peppers and cucumbers into large slices.
step 2 out of 6
Cut the red onion into thin half rings or segments and add to the salad.
step 3 out of 6
Place green lettuce or Chinese cabbage leaves on a large plate (if necessary, tear them into smaller pieces with your hands).
step 4 out of 6
To make the dressing, you need to mix black pepper, herbs (such as oregano and basil), soy sauce and olive oil with salt in a bowl, and if you want, add lemon juice here. Adjust the amount of ingredients for dressing at your discretion.
step 5 out of 6
Pour the dressing over the chopped vegetables before serving the salad to the table and stir. Add the diced cheese and stir again lightly.
step 6 out of 6
Spread the Greek salad on top of lettuce or Peking leaves, garnish with black olives and croutons. Serve the dish to the table immediately so that the croutons and lettuce leaves do not get wet.

Bon Appetit!
