We offer a recipe for a Greek salad that fully corresponds to the idea of ​​veganism. We replace the classic feta cheese with tofu, and the final result does not lose at all. The bright taste of vegetables and a spicy dressing set the mood for neutral cheese. Freshly ground pink pepper adds effect and extra flavor.

Thoroughly rinse and dry the mixture of salad greens. Cut into pieces with a knife or just tear it with your hands. We put the prepared greens immediately on portioned plates or in a salad bowl, depending on the serving that was planned.

Peel the onions, rinse and dry. Cut into thin transparent semicircles.

We wash and dry the cherry tomatoes. Cut each tomato into two pieces.

We wash the cucumbers, dry them, cut off the tips to avoid bitterness in the salad. Cut the cucumbers into large cubes.

Put the halves of cherry tomatoes, cubes of cucumber, olives or olives on the laid salad greens, onions, disassembled into thin half rings. Place pieces of bell pepper and tofu cubes. Pour the prepared dressing over the salad, trying to distribute it evenly over the entire surface. Pour a small amount of freshly ground pink pepper on top of the salad.
