Many housewives make sweet croutons from white bread or a loaf, but they have forgotten about salty black bread croutons with an egg. They do not like to fry black bread, as it absorbs a lot of oil, and if you dip it in a beaten egg, you will have a different result. Stale brown bread is also suitable for such croutons.
