Rows are delicious mushrooms with fleshy pulp. In another way, they are also called podpolniks or sandpitters. "Talking" names, aren't they? They can be easily pickled for the winter. It's nice that you don't need to make a lot of effort when cleaning the rows: their caps are quite smooth and do not retain dirt. Therefore, all cleansing comes down to a thorough rinsing. The recipe is for one liter of pickled rows.

Place the pure mushrooms in a saucepan of a suitable size. Fill the rows with enough water to completely cover them. Place the pot on the stove and bring the contents to a boil. From the moment of boiling, cook the mushrooms for five minutes with an active boil. We remove the foam. Then we drain the broth, put the fruit bodies in a colander and rinse under running water.
We put the washed mushrooms in a saucepan again, fill with water in the same amount as for the first time. From the moment of boiling, cook the rows for half an hour, maintaining a slow boil. After the specified time, we drain the water. Cooking the marinade. To do this, put water in the specified amount in a separate saucepan, bring to a boil and dissolve salt in it. Put boiled mushrooms, dill seeds and black peppercorns in a saline solution. After the mass boils, cook the mushrooms for ten minutes.
