Wash carrots, peel, grate on a coarse grater. Rinse the chanterelles, sort out, clean from dirt, if necessary, cut into small pieces. Boil the chanterelles in salted water when ready. Fry carrots and chanterelles in vegetable oil until golden brown (about 10 minutes).

Then add tomato paste, salt, ground red pepper, white peppercorns, finely chopped dill to the mushrooms and carrots. Mix everything thoroughly and simmer over low heat for about 10 minutes.
