Sugar-free pear puree at home for the winter

Sugar-free pear puree is prepared mainly for small children. It can be a delicious and aromatic dessert for people in need of dietary nutrition or on PP. Since we are cooking for children, we choose the juicy and ripe pears.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 4
Wash the pears thoroughly. Then peel and remove seed pods and stem bases.
step 2 out of 4
Cut the peeled pears into small pieces and place in a bowl for making jam. Pour water over the pears so that the fruit does not burn during cooking. Put the dishes with pears on the smallest heat and simmer the fruits for 20 minutes under a closed lid so that the nutrients do not evaporate.
step 3 out of 4
Grind the cooked pears on a sieve and then beat this puree with a hand blender until smooth and smooth.
step 4 out of 4
Transfer this puree to the same dish and cook over low heat for another 5-7 minutes. Then put the hot pear puree in small sterilized jars, filling them to the very top so that there is no layer of air. Cork hermetically and cool upside down and under a warm blanket. Store sugar-free pear puree only in a cool place.

Happy blanks!
