Pear puree for babies for the winter

I suggest young mothers use a wonderful recipe for pear puree for babies for the winter. The recipe is very simple and quick, and most importantly - as a result, healthy natural fruit puree without additional preservatives and flavor enhancers.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 4
First of all, select ripe juicy pears. It is best to choose home-grown pears grown on your own plot. Wash them thoroughly in warm water using a fruit brush. Then pat dry on a towel. Peel the pears with a peeler, then slice lengthwise and remove the seeds and core.
step 2 out of 4
Cut the prepared peeled pears into thin slices. Put the fruits in a metal bowl with a thick bottom, pour in the required amount of drinking water, put on a minimum heat and cook the pears for 15-20 minutes after boiling with the lid closed, stirring occasionally.
step 3 out of 4
Wipe the cooked pears through a fine sieve or use an immersion blender and grind the fruit mass to a smooth smooth consistency right in the saucepan in which the fruit was cooked. Put the pear puree on low heat again, bring to a boil and boil for no more than 5 minutes, then remove from heat.
step 4 out of 4
While the pear puree is cooked through, wash the jars in warm water and baking soda and microwave sterilize. Pour boiling water over the lids. Remove the hot pear puree from the heat, carefully place in sterile jars and screw with sterile lids. Then turn it upside down and wrap it in a towel. Leave to cool completely. And then transfer it to long-term storage in a dark place.

Bon Appetit!
