Pear jam in a slow cooker for the winter

You can simply cook ordinary pear jam in a multicooker. But in this recipe, you are invited to cook in a pear-based multicooker an unusual in taste spicy vanilla-pear jam. Add to it cinnamon, cardamom (it determines the main taste), nutmeg and citrus fruits. Cooking with honey and no sugar. Try and delight your loved ones with this fragrant oriental dessert.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 6
Rinse the pears thoroughly with warm water and pat dry with a towel. Then cut the pears into halves and remove the seed pods and stem bases.
step 2 out of 6
Place the chopped pears in the multicooker bowl. Add the dry spices indicated in the recipe to them and then add citrus juice, water and vanilla extract.
step 3 out of 6
Set the Stew program to the default 1 hour or, if available, the Jam program. During this time, the pears will boil well. Open the lid of the multicooker. Honey, if thick, melt in the microwave, pour to pears and stir.
step 4 out of 6
Then use a hand blender to puree the pears.
step 5 out of 6
Put the prepared jam in pre-sterilized jars and cover them with boiled lids.
step 6 out of 6
Sterilize jars of spicy pear jam according to the general rules in a separate large saucepan for 10 minutes. Then roll them up, cool upside down and under any "fur coat" and transfer to storage.

Happy and tasty preparations!
