White fried milk mushrooms

If white milk mushrooms have been collected in the forest, but their quantity is not enough for pickling or preserving, you can quickly and tasty cook them by frying in a pan with onions and sour cream.

Pre-soak the milk mushrooms in cold salted water for about 2 hours. The bitterness will go away. Boil the milk mushrooms for 15 minutes, cool and cut into small pieces.

Peel the onion, wash and cut into half rings.

Lightly brown the onion, add sour cream, salt and ground black pepper.

Add chopped milk mushrooms, fry over medium heat until most of the liquid has evaporated. At the end for 2 min. close the pan with a lid. Let cool slightly and serve with bread or a side dish.
