Goulash without tomato paste

A simple goulash without tomato paste can be prepared as a second for a family dinner. This fragrant and hearty dish is served with bittersweet and a side dish.

We wash a piece of pork under water, clean it from films and tendons.

Cut the meat into equal small cubes. Then sprinkle the pork liberally with salt and pepper, mix thoroughly.
