Lamb goulash with gravy

Many dishes can be prepared from lamb, but meat is especially ideal for stewing. Use it to make goulash with a delicate, aromatic gravy for a hearty family meal.

Divide fresh lamb into small pieces. We send it to the meat in a frying pan and fry in oil, salt to taste. Cooking until light blush.

In a separate frying pan, sauté grated carrots and thinly chopped onions. After softening the vegetables, add the tomato paste, stir and simmer over medium heat for 2-3 minutes. Turn off.

We spread the vegetable fry with tomato paste to the lamb, add flour and fill with water. Sprinkle all this with paprika, mix and simmer until tender. It will take approximately 1.5 hours to cook the meat of a young ram and from 2 hours for an old one.
