Turkey thigh goulash

Turkey thigh goulash is a great option for a family dinner or lunch. Such a dish can even be included in the dietary and children's menu. Any chef can handle such a simple recipe.

Wash the meat, separate the fillets from the bones and cut into cubes.

Pour sunflower oil into the pan, heat it well and lay out the meat. Roast the turkey until golden brown. Then add flour and cook for 2 minutes.

When the meat is well browned, add sour cream and tomato paste, stir. Then pour in 200 ml of water, salt and season to taste, mix again.
