Turkey fillet goulash

Turkey meat belongs to dietary products, however, the goulash from it turns out to be quite satisfying and rich. You can feed the whole family with such a dish, and it will easily decorate any festive meal.

Wash the turkey fillet and cut into small pieces.

Peel the onions and carrots, rinse them with water. Cut the onion into half rings, grate the carrots. Heat some sunflower oil in a skillet. Sear the meat and vegetables, stirring constantly, and add a clove of minced garlic in the process.

Dissolve the tomato paste in water and add this mixture to the pan to the meat. Simmer for 7-10 minutes. At the end add sour cream, salt, pepper and paprika, continue simmering for another 10 minutes.
