There are many recipes for goulash, each good in its own way. But always starting to prepare this dish, I remember the taste of goulash from the dining room, which I really want to repeat. But the process of making goulash is not at all complicated and everyone can learn how to cook it correctly, like in a dining room.

Wash the beef, cut from non-film and cut into small pieces. Season with salt and season to taste, let sit for 10 minutes. Then fry the meat in sunflower oil.

Peel the onion and chop finely. Add the onions to the skillet with the meat and continue to fry. Then add flour and fry until the onions are golden.

Transfer the frying to a saucepan, add water and tomato paste, add bay leaf. Cover the pan with a lid and put on low heat, simmer for 1.5 hours.
