Beef goulash with prunes

Beef and prunes go well with each other in goulash. Prunes add pleasant sweet notes to the meat and fill the dish with an exquisite aroma.

Soak prunes in cold water for 15-20 minutes.

Wash, dry and cut the beef into cubes. Fry the beef over high heat until golden brown.

In another skillet, fry the flour until golden brown, then add sour cream and 250 milliliters of water. While stirring, bring the sauce to a boil over low heat, then add the ground pepper and cinnamon. Remove sauce from heat.

Transfer the sauce to the meat, stir. Pour the rest of the water into the pan, stir and simmer the goulash over low heat for 30-35 minutes. Add prunes 10 minutes before cooking.
