Beef goulash with potatoes in a slow cooker

Beef and potato goulash is a real taste of childhood! And so I want to pamper my household with this amazing dish. Cooking beef goulash in a multicooker is as easy as shelling pears. Cooking will take time, but the results will be worth it! Hearty, tasty and appetizing!

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 4
Cut the beef into medium-sized cubes. Lubricate the multicooker bowl with vegetable oil and lay out the meat. Turn on the frying mode and fry the cubes until golden brown.
step 2 out of 4
Peel the onion and cut into small pieces. Add it to the beef, stir and fry until soft.
step 3 out of 4
Add flour, tomato paste, black pepper, salt and water. We set the "Stew" mode and cook the beef for 1.5 hours.
step 4 out of 4
Peel the potatoes and cut them into large pieces. Add the potatoes to the beef and set the "stewing" mode again for 30 minutes. We taste and season the goulash to taste.

Bon Appetit!
