Beef goulash with onions and carrots

The meat in goulash turns out to be incredibly tender. And its thick gravy goes well with mashed potatoes, rice, buckwheat and pasta.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 7
Wash the beef, pat dry with paper towels and cut into small cubes. Pour sunflower oil into a cauldron and heat it. Place the meat and fry it, covered with a lid, over medium heat for 30 minutes.
step 2 out of 7
Peel the carrots, garlic and onion, cut the onion into half rings, carrots - into thin strips, garlic - into cubes.
step 3 out of 7
Add vegetables to the meat in a cauldron and fry until vegetables are cooked, then salt and season to taste.
step 4 out of 7
Mix the tomato mass with the meat broth and pour this mixture into the cauldron. Continue simmering the goulash, covered, for 40 minutes.
step 5 out of 7
Fry the flour in a dry frying pan.
step 6 out of 7
Add flour, bay leaf to the cauldron, mix well and simmer for 10 minutes.
step 7 out of 7
Turn off the heat and leave the goulash covered for 10 minutes, then serve with a side dish and fresh vegetables.

Bon Appetit!
