Beef goulash with gravy is a taste familiar to everyone from childhood. It is very easy to prepare such a dish at home. It will be especially tasty and juicy with an appetizing sauce of tomato paste and sour cream. Just lick your fingers!

We wash the beef and cut out the white streaks and film. Cut it into pieces of medium size. Grease the pan with vegetable oil and fry the beef for 15 minutes.

Peel the onion and carrots. Dice the onion and coarsely grate the carrots. Add vegetables to the pan to the beef.
