Oven beef goulash

Oven-baked goulash has a rich and rich taste. The meat is very soft and just melts in the mouth. This dish can be served as the main one on the festive table.

Wash the beef and cut into small cubes. Grease a baking dish with sunflower oil, put the meat in it.

Peel the onion and cut into half rings, add it to the meat, salt and season to taste, stir.

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and put the meat in it for 15 minutes. Then remove the meat, stir and place back in the oven for another 10 minutes.

In a separate bowl, combine flour and tomato paste. Gradually add a glass of water and stir well with a whisk.

Pour the resulting sauce over the meat. Reduce the oven temperature to 180 degrees and bake the goulash for 60-80 minutes. Serve ready-made goulash with any side dish.
