Hearty rich goulash will not be difficult to cook in a slow cooker. This method will significantly save your time: you will not need to stand at the stove for a long time and control the process. And the taste of the dish is in no way inferior to the usual preparation.

We cut the beef as you like. Can be cubes or oblong pieces. We also chop the onions.

We turn on the multicooker in the "frying" mode. When the bowl heats up, pour vegetable oil into it, and then lay out the beef.

Salt and pepper it, fry for about 10 minutes, then add the onion.
