Turkey goulash with sour cream

Turkey meat is a dietary one, so the dishes from it are light, but at the same time satisfying. Turkey goulash can be served for lunch or dinner and not be afraid to spoil the figure.

Rinse the turkey meat and cut into small pieces.

Peel and finely chop the onions. Fry onions and turkey in sunflower oil for 10 minutes, stirring constantly.

Then reduce heat, add sour cream, salt and spices, mix well and simmer covered for 20 minutes.

Then remove the lid, increase the heat and simmer for another 7-8 minutes. Next, cover the pan with a lid, turn off the heat and let the dish stand for 10-15 minutes. Turkey goulash can be served as a standalone dish with bread, or add a side dish to your taste.
