The turkey meat should be lightly rinsed with water and then dried with a paper towel. Next, cut the fillet into small pieces.

Remove the husk from the onion, then cut the vegetable in any convenient way. The size of the pieces doesn't matter.

Turn on the multicooker "baking" mode, pour oil into the bowl and fry the pieces of turkey 10. Do not close the lid.

While the meat is roasting, prepare a simple sour cream and tomato paste sauce. Just mix the two ingredients together.
