Chicken goulash in sour cream sauce

Rinse the chicken meat well under running water, dry it and cut into pieces. Dip the pieces of meat in flour.

Peel the onions and carrots. Cut the onion into half rings, grate the carrots on a coarse grater. Fry vegetables in sunflower oil until soft. Then add the meat, stir and continue to fry for another 5-7 minutes.
