Chicken fillet goulash with gravy

Even a novice cook can handle the preparation of a delicious dish - chicken fillet goulash with gravy. Despite the considerable number of ingredients, such goulash is prepared quite simply and quickly. Chicken fillet pieces are soft and juicy, and the gravy makes this meat dish just perfect for taste.

Let's prepare the meat. Rinse the chicken fillet, dry and cut into thin strips or small cubes.

Peel the garlic, cut into slices. Rinse and grind the parsley with dill. We spread the prepared ingredients in a container with chicken fillet, season everything with salt and ground pepper. Mix and marinate the meat for 30 minutes.

Peel the onions, cut them into half rings.

After peeling, carrots must be washed and cut into thin cubes. If desired, you can simply grate the carrots.

Fry the onions with carrots until soft in vegetable oil, then transfer the vegetables to a saucepan.

Lightly fry the marinated chicken fillet. After that, transfer the contents of the pan to the pan for the vegetables. Add bay leaves here for flavor.
