Pork goulash with potatoes

For a hearty and tasty lunch, pork goulash with potatoes is the best choice. The dish can be served on its own, as well as in addition with a light side dish.

We wash and dry the pieces of pork. We remove unnecessary film and grease.

Cut the meat into small cubes.

We heat a frying pan or stewpan, pour in vegetable oil. Then we throw in the meat, salt it and fry it.

We clean the onion and chop finely.
